Our long summer days

A few things we've done to keep busy these long hot summer days. 

Redoing our yard! Taking out the rocks and hot concrete to plant grass and put in a trampoline and swing set! I'm so excited to get it done. It's been a fun project for us... Er... Ryan....

Almost done ripping everything out!

Swimming, of course! Can't survive here without access to a swimming pool. 

Dancing in the rain, in random rain storms!

Walks and running through all the sprinklers we can find! They get so wet and don't even care. 

Naps. Lots and lots of naps! Summer is exauhsting :)

A little exercise here and there :) 

And plenty of indoor activities!

Beads and pipe cleaner, best 2 bucks I've ever spent!

At home preschool. Emma asks me if we can do preschool almost every day. The girls love to learn! 

Pedicures all around :)

Forcing Addi to help me make dinner. She's not one to sit still and help out with things... Cant you tell how happy she is about it??

Love this little mini, even though she doesn't like to help with anything ;) 

And movies! I've been all about watching movies and relaxing from 1-3. The hottest part of the day is best to hide in the basement :)

And lots of playing! 

Life is good. Very hot, but very good.
